Melbourne’s Jasper Hotel has unveiled its $7 million refurbishment
Jasper Hotel in Melbourne's CBD has opened following the completion of a
major $7m, four month refurbishment.
The four-star boutique property, close to the Queen Victoria Market, offers 90 guest-rooms and state-of-the-art conference facilities. The refurbished balcony suites over look Elizabeth Street, while its newly designed lobby and second storey courtyard offers some 10+ breakout spaces. The hotel also features a new restaurant and alfresco bar - Jasper Kitchen and JB's Bar.
All hotel guests will also access free Wi-Fi and 24 hour room service.
The hotel site was the original YWCA Headquarters of Victoria but was redeveloped into Jasper Hotel in early 2000. The hotel's owners hope that the most recent refurbishment will see the hotel become a 4.5-star hotel by mid-2015.
Jasper Hotel is located at 489 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne and is offering an overnight rate of $139 per night, until January 2015.
