commercial kitchen and pillarless floor space. A large veranda and
beautiful gardens surround the venue, creating a relaxed, retreat-like
environment for delegates.

Guest Rooms
Mercure Ballarat offers a total of 86 accommodation rooms with all rooms
featuring either one king bed or two king singles to meet your
accommodation requirements. They also offer 9 two bed apartments which
has a kitchen and dining area downstairs. Upstairs has two bedrooms with
one king size bed and two single beds, with bathroom and laundr facility.
The Lodge, superior, courtyard rooms have ensuite, flat screen TV, air
