The Hotel's function venues offer open plan and flexible configurations to suit a large range of events including conferences, boardroom meetings, gala dinners and private events. The Victoria Ballroom is the largest venue, featuring art deco bronze mirrors, a connecting bar and arrival foyer. The Collins Room can be used separately for intimate groups or combined with the Ballroom to be used as a breakout space. The Boardroom is situated on The Victoria Hotel's mezzanine level and features ample natural lighting and is suitable for boardroom meetings up to 20 people.

The Victoria Hotel offers an all-inclusive Conference Day Delegate Package for $70pp that incorporates the following:
