The Carlton BrewHouse is a unique Conference and function venue, located
next to the iconic Carlton & United Brewery in Abbotsford and is the
official home of Australia's most popular draught beer, Carlton Draught.

This one of a kind venue offers packages to suit a range of budgets and guest needs. From relaxed causal BBQs in the Brewers Yard, 'beer and food matched' gala dinners, through to interactive Entertainment Packages, which include a brewery tour, 'beer pulling' competition and trivia. Theming options such as Oktoberfest, Australia's Finest, World of Beer and A Day at the Races, are also a great way to entertain your guests without the expense and challenge of organising it yourself. Conference - Complimentary 30 minute nibbles and tasting at the end of any full day conference of 20pax or more. Valid until 31st March 2016
Function - Complimentary DJ for all functions booked and deposit paid by the 31st March 2016
Number of conference/function rooms : 2 conference rooms - the Victoria Room and the Crown Room. We use our Main Hall for all conferences over 100pax as a third space
Largest conference room capacity - theatre style : 200
Largest function room capacity - banquet style : 240
