The following is your itinerary for the 2011 Honda Power Equipment Dealer Las Vegas Incentive Trip.

Monday 16 May 2011

Transfers for all delegates have been arranged from the McCarren International airport at Las Vegas to the Luxor Hotel.

Arrival - Settle into your room and relax.

However you must meet Conference Resources at the Coach Arrival area, Main Lobby Level of The Luxor Hotel to register for this Incentive Trip. You can also book any additional tours, activities or enquire more about your stay in Las Vegas.

4.30pm - Meet in the "Cat House" located on Casino Floor for the Opening Address and Pre Dinner Drinks

5.15pm - Walk next door to Excalibur

5.30pm - Arrive at Excalibur for show.

5.45pm - Seated for the show (you must be in your seat by 5.45pm as there is a lock out)

6.00pm - Tournament of the Kings Dinner Show

Dress Code - Smart Casual

Invading armies! Dancing maidens! Jousting! Fireworks! And eating with your fingers. In the era of castles and gallant knights, kings would gather the nobility for fanciful feasts and tournaments of valor in celebration of important events. Those days still exist inside Excalibur during its "Tournament of Kings" dinner show which offers something exciting for guests of any age.

8.00pm - Evening concludes and free time begins (guest's to make their own way back to the Luxor)

Free time all day for any activities, tours, shopping that you want to embark on. We also highly recommend you explore the Las Vegas strip and the many fantastic hotels and casinos. There is so much to see and do!

Honda Tour Desk to operate for 3 hours to assist guests with tour departures

6.00pm - Meet in Reception of Luxor for coach transfer

6.15pm - Transfer from Luxor to Aria Casino and Resort at Citycenter

6.45pm - Ushered to Deuce Lounge, Aria

7.00pm - Pre Show Reception

8.30pm - Ushered upstairs to Elvis Theatre

9.00pm - Seated for the show

9.30pm - Viva Elvis Show

Dress Code - Smart Casual

Viva ELVIS, a harmonious fusion of dance, acrobatics and live music, is a tribute to the life and music of Elvis Presley. Nostalgia, modernity and raw emotion provide the backdrop for his immortal voice and the exhilaration and beauty of his music.

11.20pm - Transfers to Luxor Hotel or make own arrangements Please note transfers depart on time and exactly 20 minutes from the end of the show, if you miss this transfer or you would like to stay on, you will need to make your own way back to the Luxor.

11.30pm - LAX Night Club at Luxor Hotel

** LAX Night Club is an OPTIONAL activity, you can choose to do your own thing this evening **
