House With No Steps - Sunshine House offers its guests a unique opportunity to enjoy the space and tranquility of 156 acres of natural bushland just 10 minutes from the cosmopolitan hub of beautiful Noosa Heads.

Conveniently located between the Bruce Highway and the Sunshine Motorway, 1.5 hours drive from the Brisbane Airport and just 25 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport makes this venue your ideal choice.

There are two versatile conference rooms offering seating for up to 30 theatre style and additionally a smaller boardroom meeting space. All rooms have been tastefully renovated. There is also a grand hall function room with capacity to seat 300 theatre style or 180 banquet style. A 3 metre verandah surrounds on all four sides together with inviting gardens make for perfect 'break out' and activity areas for delegates.

Guests can take in the views across the hinterland to Cooroy Mountain and experience the local wildlife whilst enjoying a break.

Offering catering experiences to tempt your palate and that works to your budget all catering is freshly produced and served on site by supported employees of House With No Steps.

This fully accessible low rise development melds in with the natural surrounds and offers ample parking, you may need to watch out for the resident kangaroos and koalas on your way in though! Team Building and Leadership programs are also available.
