The heart of the resort is the commercial complex which includes reception, the Jetty Restaurant and Conference Centre 1, which can be divided to offer two separate rooms. The complex boasts 180 degree views over the beautiful Lake Macquarie. Conference Centre 2 houses three conference rooms with access to covered verandahs via double glass doors. Each room offers a bush or lake aspect and natural lighting.

The resort also boasts three onsite restaurants with a range of cuisines set to please. The newly opened A lago Italian Restaurant along with Bann Naam Thai provide international flair in a casual, relaxed atmosphere while the Jetty Restaurant offers a dining experience with 180 degree views of Lake Macquarie. Private dining rooms also available.

Delegates can enjoy a range of accommodation types including Resort Cottages and Terrace Suites. Designed specifically for delegates, each Terrace Suite offers deluxe accommodation with two bedrooms, each with own ensuite and private balcony. The suites are self-contained with all the modern conveniences.
