The beauty of the race track set to the backdrop of the Blue Mountains and the Grandstand showcasing the scenic panorama of the Grose Valley is a true testament of foresight of the Hawkesbury Racing Pioneers who fashioned a race course from 200 acres of virgin bush land back in 1865.
