The Darling
The Star's new five-star boutique lifestyle hotel and spa, The Darling,
opened last Friday.
With 171 rooms and views from the Sydney Harbour Bridge to the Blue
Mountains, Sydney's most lovingly detailed hotel is now open at The Star.
The Darling is part of The Star's $860 million refurbishment which
includes 20 new restaurants, bars and cafes, a sophisticated retail
collection, and a nightclub with panoramic views. And they're all right
next door.
Conference Resources Preferred Airline Partner is Virgin
Australia
The decision by Qantas to ground it entire fleet last weekend caused some major problems within the conference industry. However Conference Resources preferred carrier is Virgin Australia and therefore our conference delegates were lucky and not affected by the dispute.
Sheraton on the Park Named Australasia's Leading Hotel

Sheraton on the Park has been named "Australasia's Leading
Hotel" at the World Travel Awards 2011, held in Bangkok. The hotel is
delighted to have won this prestigious award following its fifth year
success at the World Travel Awards; winning the award for Australasia's
Leading Conference Hotel in 2007, 2008 & 2009, and Australia's Leading
Hotel in 2010. Earlier this year, the hotel was inducted into "Hall of
Fame" for 'Function Venue of the Year' at the AHA NSW Awards for Excellence
2011 after winning this award for three consecutive years.
Sheraton on the Park features 557 luxury rooms including 50 suites, and is
the only five star hotel on Hyde Park. It is renowned for being the
benchmark of classic hotels in Sydney.
Double Hall of Fame Honours for Peppers Pier Resort Hervey Bay

The $700 million Hilton Surfers Paradise complex on Queensland's Gold Coast is now officially open. The hotel's boutique ballroom can accommodate up to 350 guests, and there are outdoor event spaces, a business centre, theatre, boardroom-style breakout rooms, and the Hilton Executive Lounge with 270 degree views. The Hilton Surfers Paradise complex is the first hotel in the brand to offer a combination of guest rooms and holiday residences. It is also the first upscale international hotel to be built on the Gold Coast in more than a decade.
Novotel Darwin Atrium - Refurbishment News!
Novotel Darwin Atrium will be undergoing a refurbishment of all rooms and public areas commencing October 2011. You could be sleeping in one of their luxurious rooms from January 2012.
